Cleaver Quarterly - The Illustrated Wok

I illustrated a full-page spread for The Illustrated Wok, a recipe book highlighting a new generation of Asian American chefs around the United States. This illustration spread was hand-drawn with colored pencil with the final layout done in Photoshop.

I got to taste the cheddar pork dumplings, along with other delicious dishes, at Hunger Pang in Brooklyn, New York, by chef Medwin Pang.
