San Francisco Cityscape
A wacky and colorful San Francisco cityscape illustration to celebrate a city I’ve spent many weekends vending at and occasional meals and and hangouts with friends. This piece is inspired by commissioned work I created for SF New Deal for their Vacant to Vibrant program that’s revitalizing downtown San Francisco. Vacant to Vibrant supports small businesses, arts and cultural organizations to activate vacant storefronts with unique pop-up experiences. You can learn more about it at vibrantsf.org.
I’ve included as many landmarks, neighborhoods, iconic food items, and colorful buildings as I could to emulate those “I Spy” books I remember from childhood.
