Taiwanese Ephemera Vending Machine

A three-color (yellow, red, and teal) risograph print of my favorite everyday things I miss about Taiwan. I included these ephemera in the classic drinks vending machine you see all around the country, but had it dispense distinctly Taiwanese memories instead. In numerical order, the items include: Taiwan Beer 18 Days, a bubble tea sleeve, plastic stool, Super Supau, a Zojirushi hot water bottle, Easy Card (Yo Yo Card), lottery receipts, tiny tissue packs, Taiwan Beer glasses, red and white striped plastic bag, moon blocks, slippers, a Tatung rice cooker, a striped grocery tote, Chiate pineapple cakes, Sunny Hills pineapple cakes, a bento box meal, and a 7-11 onigiri.

This was hand printed at Tiny Splendor in Berkeley, CA.
